Please, read all my Terms of Service (TOS) carefully.
By commissioning me, you automatically agree to all the following conditions.
Feel free to contact me, should questions arise.

General

Will do: Human, Furry/Anthro, Animal, soft NSFW, blood, simple mecha (if approved) and characters of games/tv and anime.
Won't do: extreme NSFW or any fetish, voilence, gore, robot/mecha or real private person.1. The commission price stated is purely for personal and monetized use. Check USE for commercial use info.
2. I have the full rights to the commission. If you do not wish to be posted as part of my portfolio make sure to request the corresponding option in the request.
3. Additional charges may apply depending on the complexity of the design.
4. I have my own artstyle, please consider that before requesting a commission slot.
5. Do NOT edit my art without permission.
6. Do NOT re-sell my arwork or use it for AI.
7. Please give credit. (If you use my emotes or other assets for Twitch, please attribute them to me.)

Payments

The commissioner is expected to fully pay upfront before the artist (me) proceeds with their commission. The artist (I) will NOT proceed with the commission if this payment is not given.
Payment plans can be discussed from commissions priced at above €500. The first part of the payment has to be made upfront regardless.The Payments have to be fullfilled at the agreed-to dates. Should the partial payment be delayed, I will NOT proceed with the commission until the payment was fullfilled. Not paying for an extended period of time could additionally lead to cancellation of your request.

Payment is available via Paypal and Vgen only

Revisions

For Illustrations/Design: Revisions are possible during the sketch phase only. Any revision other than adjusted colors may be charged extra.
For Rigging: Revisions are possible during every phase. After the completed file is sent up to 2 last revisions are possible. Any revision other than that are charged extra.After agreeing to a work in progress update, I (the artist) can not change the agreed-to detail at a later stage.

But please discuss your ideas with me first.

Deadlines and Delivery

The time of delivery usually is between 7-14 days (Illustrations). Depending on both my queue/workload and private situations it may vary. Customers can request deadlines or rush commission, this adds an individually discussed fee to the price. Kindly note that I have multiple clients, and to ensure efficient service delivery, priority will be given to those who have completed payment first. If you have a deadline please provide the date in the request form.
Due to my lesser experience in Live 2D rigging, rush fees can not be requested for my rigging services. Deadlines should be discussed beforehand to guarantee an on-time delivery.

Use

The finished product can be used for personal use, streaming, and content creation, and moneitzsed content, as long as the customer gives credit to me. Do not claim the commission as your own work. If you want to use the commissioned artwork commercially the price will increase depending on the requested commercial use. This is acceptable only, if you request and inform me about this in advance. Any way of you earning money with my artwork is forbidden otherwise.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS

1. I retain original copyright and ownership of the work, which includes, but may not be limited to: advertising, displaying the work in my websites, social media and portfolios according to my discretion.
2. I have rights to repurpose unused process work for future projects, personal or otherwise.
3. Commercial licenses require additional charges (check USE), please discuss this with me first to set the right price.
The process will likely be posted i.e. on Twitter and/or streamed on Twitch or Youtube unless clients request otherwise, before project begins. NDA fees may apply.

Refunds

I do not refund clients, so please be certain you wish to purchase my services before doing so. The only exception is in caseses I am unable to finish your commission or can not start your commission within the scheduled time after payment. I also reserve the right to cancel a commission if i deem that the client is behaving inappropriately or violates my ToS. Commissions that were cancelled, but had work conpleted already (eg. finished base color artwork) will be refunded partially only.

Communication

My preferred way of communication is Discord, VGen or Twitter/X unless stated otherwise. The only other platform I regularly use to communicate is Discord. Please, use either one of these options only, to help me guarantee a better commission experience and workflow.
